Complete back-to-brick overhaul of a terraced 3-bedroom house, including a loft conversion, which added a new master bedroom with an en-suite.

The project was carried out as Permitted Development to refresh a dated property to suit its new owner, a young family. This included design of a new kitchen restored in a vintage style, addition of a new cloakroom on the ground floor, new family bathroom and a roof extension in the form of a rear dormer.
